When Mason Lundell, the owner of Unchained Wellness came to us they were a new mental health and wellness clinic. They had a 5-star Google rating but they didn’t have enough reviews to get extra walk-ins that would find them on a Google maps search.
Mason explained that they didn’t have a system for collecting reviews apart from just asking their customers to leave them a review.
After they signed up with Praisely, we helped them integrate our review request links into their CRM so that after a client visited 2 times they would automatically get a follow up email asking for a review.
Immediately the number of reviews the clinic was getting exponentially increased.
